OLLY'S PIES
If you’ve ever had a pie from Mathiesons, chances are it was made by Olly — our in-house pie wizard and all-round good guy.
Olly started working at the butcher’s while still at school, drawn in by the buzz of the shop (and let’s be honest, the smell of freshly baked pies). What began as a part-time job quickly turned into a passion — and today, he’s the creative force behind our legendary pie counter.
From traditional Scotch pies to creamy macaroni pies and spicy chicken curry creations, Olly’s always experimenting with bold flavours and classic favourites. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go, fuelling up before the match, or soaking up last night’s adventure — there’s an Olly’s Pie for that.
Crafted fresh, baked daily, and packed with personality — these are proper pies made by someone who truly loves what he does.
